Charlotte Tilbury, makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury’s self-titled beauty brand, started 2022 off on a good note with the launch of the Beautiful Skin Foundation. It’s gotten high marks across the board from several Allure editors in addition to TikTok’s beauty community. Fast forward a little more than a month and the brand is launching another product via the New York Fashion Week runway: the Collagen Superfusion Facial Oil.

The latest addition to the brand’s line of skin-care products will be making its first public debut at Christian Siriano’s Fall/Winter 2022 show on February 12 in New York City. According to the brand, the new face oil is designed “to reduce the skin’s water loss and help the complexion appear plumper, smoother, and more radiant while visibly reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.”

In addition to priming the skin for a more radiant appearance, the formula also taps into our sense of smell with its array of essential oils, which include lavender, rose absolute, neroli, damask rose, and eucalyptus. Don’t get me wrong, essential oils smell absolutely amazing, but you may want to tread lightly with this product if you have sensitive skin. Because they’re chemically active, essential oils do have the potential to irritate sensitive skin. That said, sensitive skin types should exercise their due diligence and read the ingredient list in advance “to ensure [that the product isn’t] laced with irritating dyes, salts or detergents,” cosmetic chemist Ginger King previously told Allure.

Sofia Tilbury is the show’s head makeup artist and will be leading the way for all things makeup. Once we get all her tips and tricks on how she used the product at the show, we’ll be sure to spill them all right here. Until then, just know that the Collagen Superfusion Facial Oil retails for $80 and will be available for purchase beginning on February 24 at charlottetilbury.com.
