Guest Post Guidelines
It’s every writer’s dream to reach a wider audience. If you are a blogger and would like to write for us in exchange for backlinks to your content, we would love to hear from you. We at AnnsNews help with that by promoting your story on various channels, plus a link back to your site or portfolio. Check out the guidelines and FAQ sections below for more details.
- The article should be over 600 words. It should be easily readable and divided into sections with subheadings.
- Post images aren’t a requirement but royalty-free image(s) can be submitted along with the article. If no image is provided, we’ll add 1 stock image to the article based on the topic.
- It should be high-quality content – resourceful and insightful, strictly plagiarism checked, grammar-proof, including at least 3 outgoing links to credible, 3rd party websites to reference and/or support your material.
- The backlinks to your website or business should be relevant, contextually placed, and add value to the reader.
- You can include a headshot (optional) and a 1-3 sentence byline with your submission for the bio. This will be included at the end of your article on publication.
- Once the blog has been published, requests for adjustments to existing content may be performed on a case-by-case basis and additional fees will apply.

- No, we don’t add a sponsored tag on guest posts unless specified by the writer.
How many links do you allow in a guest post?
- We allow 1-2 do-follow backlinks per guest post. However, it should be relevant to the topic of the article.
Do you accept link placements in existing articles?
- We may accept link insertions in previously published articles depending upon the link you want to add.
How to Submit a Guest Post
You are invited to pitch your topic with a short synopsis by email to info@annsnews.com. Please make sure that the subject line reads “Guest Post”. In addition, please include a link to the website you will be linking to in the article. Once the pitch is accepted, you can send your final draft in a Word file by email or share it via Google Docs. Keep in mind that we will not accept content that is poorly written or has spammy links.
If you want to submit a story that’s been published elsewhere, you will need to send the URL or the original article along with the content. Contact us for more details.
